Every day, it seems like there are layoffs, sometimes right after a company reports a record profit. It’s reprehensible, horrific, and just plain wrong. Add on that it’s never been tougher to land a new job.
Applying online is a joke. Recruiters and hiring managers ghost candidates after an interview that you thought went well. The career market is a dumpster fire, with more people competing for fewer jobs….so I want to help!
